Diocesan Marriage Mass 2019

MarriageMass2019The Marriage Mass takes place in Clifton Cathedral on 13th July.

At this Mass Bishop Declan invites everyone from around the Diocese to join him in the Cathedral to give thanks for the Sacrament of Marriage. Many couples celebrating significant anniversaries in particular will be attending, but the Mass IS NOT restricted to those who are married. Everyone is welcome. And we'd like you to join in, as part of the Diocesan Choir!

Music for the Mass includes many well-songs and pieces, including

- Movements from the Mass of Christ the Saviour (Dan Schutte)

- The Song of Ruth (David Ogden)

- Salisbury Alleluia (Chris Walker)

- Take And Eat (Michael Joncas)

and other hymns.

Mass is at 12 noon, and we will rehearse in the Cathedral from 11 o'clock.

The music and the choir will be led by Martin Le Poidevin.
